As a senior leader of strategic development, implementation and operations management, Sharon has an extensive background operationalising strategy, driving business sustainability and leading large scale transformational change initiatives. Energetic and highly focussed, Sharon has significant blue chip experience in senior roles across both the Manufacturing and Banking & Finance industries.
With a comprehensive portfolio of academic qualifications combined with a string of professional awards and accolades, Sharon has still found the time to undertake considerable amounts of pro bono work for local community groups and state/national sporting communities. A driven and focussed competitor, she is a National and State Champion and was awarded the Australian Sports Medal for her outstanding achievement in sport in 2000. Sharon is also a Patron for the National Premmie Foundation.
