For more than 25 years, Sandi has worked with hundreds of organisations and thousands of people.  Her own Speaking, Training, Coaching and Consulting company, Knowledge-Able Pty Ltd, was established in 1989.  Drawing on her training and management background, and with a provocative (rather than prescriptive) style, Sandi helps people learn, rather than merely tell them what to do.

Both clients and peers regard Sandi as one of Australia’s most dynamic, engaging and authentic presenters.  Her forte is the delivery of Interactive Keynote Addresses and Seminar Facilitation for medium to large groups.  Sandi is also highly skilled in the areas of Needs Analysis, Program design and development, Customisation for individual clients and Post-Program Coaching to ensure application of new skills and behaviours in the workplace.

Sandi’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology, Accreditation in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (to Step II Advanced Level), Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Generative Learning.  She is also recognized as a successful and accomplished writer of countless published articles and her first book, Women on the Move, was published in October 2002.

With a breadth of experience drawn from a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, real estate, IT, publishing and tertiary education, her client list includes The Australian Institute of Management, The National Association of Women in Construction, Canon, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Deakin University, CPA Australia, The State Revenue Office (Vic), Women in Mortgage Broking Network, The University of Melbourne and Ambulance Victoria.

Sandi is a Certified Speaking Professional and Past President (Victoria) of the National Speakers’ Association of Australia and a Member of the International Federation of Professional Speakers.  She received this Association’s Speaker of the Year (Victoria) Award in 2004, and in 2005, she became the Patron of The Australian Institute of Office Professionals.  She also serves on the Advisory Board of The Global Good Foundation.
